It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room - with a comfortable day berth, water boiler, refrigerator, . Air conditioning was quiet and strong - which was very important outside at +38°C. It's close to the subway, so you can quickly get to the city centre.

Room was compact and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was pleasant and breakfast was very nice.
The location is odd; had a hard time finding it when driving. Not very much to do around the hotel itself - only restaurant was the hotel's.

I truly enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of Hotel Orangerie. The decoration throughout the hotel was elegant and tasteful, creating a cozy environment that made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. Additionally, the hotel's central location near public transportation was incredibly convenient, allowing me to explore Vienna with ease.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be the availability of more support staff. Although the reception staff was polite and helpful, I noticed that during busy times, it could be challenging for them to attend to everyone's needs promptly.
